1. Pour milk over muesli to add protein and bone-building calcium. It can be eaten immediately or covered soaked over night. The longer it soaks, the richer the flavor.

2. Stir muesli in with your favorite yogurt.

3. Cook hot over the stove:
Mix 1/3 cup Muesli Fusion with 1/3 cup of water or milk and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. You will want to adjust the amount of water depending on how thick you like your muesli.

4. Microwave: Add 1/3C muesli to 1/3C water or milk and microwave on high for 2 min.
